With the update of this issue of CCI World News Service we introduce to you the free service of Google's translation on this website to translate the content in your own language or any other as you wish. Google's translation is a rather new service although they at the Google Translation Centre worked for it already several years. The system of translating texts from one language to another is fully computerized and in so far, in our own experience, more than rather acceptable. And it certainly will develop.
so far 57 languages
The Google service of translating texts, serves 57 different languages. From Russian to Japanese, Spanish, English, Arabic and almost all other European languages as well as languages of other continents. The banners of the languages of which so far the different CCI sign languages are available, are indicated on this home page. Click on the banner of the language of your choice and the content of the site will be available to you in that language. Besides you can make also your own special choice by clicking the special indication between our information 'CCI stands for' and the 'newsletter signup' on the homepage. The original (first) language of CCI World News Service stays to be the language spoken in Great Britain, though that is not the first language of the coordinator/editor of the content at this time. His language stays to be known as 'Nicklish English'!
Wikipedia (internet) says about Google Translate, that this approach has: 'like other automatic translation tools, (has) its limitations. While it can help the reader to understand the general content of a foreign language text, it does not always deliver accurate translations. Some languages produce better results than others'. And ' it does not apply gramatical rules, since its algorithms are based on statistical analysis rather than traditional rule-based analysis'.
trust the automatic translater!
Nevertheless the Google translation service is handsome and far better than no translation at all. It enlarges the reach of people of its contents tremendously. So it is an enormous development of the worldwide information network. That is why CCIWNS is pleased to offers this service. It trusts that 'the automatic translator' is not - and will not ever be – manipulated in an unfair way. In CCI – in my personal vision – we simply are not willing to live in a manipulated environment. And so we have to start our selves, whole hearted, with the believe from the very beginning on, that we are in no way manipulated and fully respected. Maybe, once upon a time, this needs to be secured by the United Nations organization if necessary. Hopefully not.
