CCI basics
Whenever two CCI members meet to do in equal timeslots, their personal emotional work, that time of being together for that purpose is called a 'session'. How to start and to end such sessions is part of the fundamental CCI training. As setting a contract for that as well. A session may last as long as both agree upon – in equal timeslots - to get their needs met.
Part of setting the 'culture' at the start of whatever kind of CCI meeting, is to agree upon in consensus if – in case of a possible emotional break down of one of the participants – they want to honour a personal invitation from that person, to get time out for a mini session. A mini session last about one up to maximum ten minutes each. The needed time to overcome the emotional struggle is specified in minutes. In big so called business meetings (with about 50 or more participants) the system of practising the allowance of using mini sessions also strongly supports the progress of that meeting. It is obvious from practice that if only one participant asks for a 'mini' several participants of that meeting join.
