Johannes Risse

CCI trainer: johannesJohannes Risse (1942) started CCI co-counselling in 1977, 'had my fundamentals with Siglind Willms. Together with her I started teaching in 1979. Since that time we had each year 2 fundamentals and 2 advanced training's. By co-counselling I experienced a great deepening of my Christian belief. It became more and more the foundation of my pastoral care as roman catholic priest and pastoral psychologist. Free attention is for me a name for God. Until 1995 I only knew our own community at Muenster. In that year Siglind and I visited J. Heron in Italy. Since we started opening to the international community. In 1998 we attended for the first time an international CCI meeting in the Netherlands and in 2000 we had the first international in our community. I focus in my work on spiritual guidance and co-counselling'. @

Rudolph Giesselmann

CCI trainer: rudolphRudolf Giesselmann: In 1993 I discovered CCI-Co-Counselling as a powerful method to get out of a position where I felt stuck. Ever since I have kept on practicing, adding from 1995 -1998 a teacher-training in the Netherlands. Co-counselling enriches my professional work. And vice versa, my long term experience as a teacher at a school for manufacturing and airplane-technique and studies in the field of psychoanalysis have fostered my CC-trainer ship. Co-Counselling continually offers me new perspectives, creates alternatives which I wouldn't have seen otherwise. And I like to have alternatives. Working together with people, realizing that afterwards something is possible, that wasn't before, is a great gift for me. @

Siglind Willms

CCI trainer: siglindSiglind Willms (1938) started CCI co-counselling in 1973. 'Had my fundamentals with J. Heron. Facilitated my first fundamentals in 1975. I am an behaviour-therapist and connected psychotherapy with co-counselling to offer people the possibility to stay as much as possible self-reliant during therapy and go on working themselves after having finished it. Since 1979 I work together with Johannes Risse. We came in contact in 1996 with Joke and Niek. Visited my first international CCI meeting in 1998 in the Netherlands. Co-counselling means for me helping to make democratic, non competitive structures grow, handle emotional processes in an adequate way and pay attention to personal growth'. @
