Siglind Willms (1938) started CCI co-counselling in 1973. 'Had my fundamentals with J. Heron. Facilitated my first fundamentals in 1975. I am an behaviour-therapist and connected psychotherapy with co-counselling to offer people the possibility to stay as much as possible self-reliant during therapy and go on working themselves after having finished it. Since 1979 I work together with Johannes Risse. We came in contact in 1996 with Joke and Niek. Visited my first international CCI meeting in 1998 in the Netherlands. Co-counselling means for me helping to make democratic, non competitive structures grow, handle emotional processes in an adequate way and pay attention to personal growth'. @
