Liz Duff started with CCI co-counselling in 1994 and became a accredited CCI trainer of the Northeast US CCI community in 2000. Liz states 'Co-counselling helped me become a partner with my body, feeling, recognizing and valuing my emotions. Through the process of co-counselling, I have released toxic emotions that kept me locked in pain and suffering. Co-counselling has helped transform my life. I love being a part of a wider community of people who are living intentionally. Teaching co-counselling is a joy. I love witnessing people waking up to themselves'. @
