Gilli Gladman started CCI co-counselling in 1991 and has been an accredited CCI trainer of the Manchester community since 1993. She writes: 'I believe an important element in the Co-Counselling training is the 'emotional education' which gives the learners the skills to deal with emotional distress'. And 'the purpose of the training is to give participants the opportunity to re-evaluate their ways of dealing with life in order to be able to set goals for creative change. These ' life actions' create choice and a positive approach to managing everyday life'. @
